基于区间线性方程组解的电路容差分析
Circuit Worst-case Tolerance Analysis via Solutions of Interval Linear Equations
【摘要】 本文改进了文[1]求解区间线性方程组的算法,在保留原算法优点的同时使其满足电路容差分析的要求,以该算法为核心,给出了两种电路稳态响应的容差分析方法:快速算法和精确算法,同时利用时域分析与频域分析的转换关系,给出了电路时域响应的容差分析,本算法在有效性、实用性以及分析奇异点响应能力上较之现有方法有较大的改进。
【Abstract】 The analytic method for solving interval linear equations is improved to meet the demands of circuit worst-case tolerance analysis. Based on the improved method ,fast algorithm and exact algorithm are given for steady-state tolerance analysis. By utilizing the relationship between timedomain analysis and frequency-domain analysis, the method for circuit dynamic-state tolerance analysis is given too. The proposed methods’ advantages lie in their efficiency, practicability and potentialities.
