【摘要】 高校与社会主义市场经济接轨的重要内容之一，是加速科技成果向现实生产力的转化．本文运用系统论的观点和方法，在分析高校科技成果及其转化特点的基础上，针对目前高校科技成果转化过程中存在的内外部障碍因素进行了系统剖析，指出识别转化的障碍因素固然重要，但具体分析导致障碍的原因更重要．进而提出了推动与加速高校科技转化进程的若干对策建议，强调政府、高校、企业三方的协调配合及各转化环节的有机联系，对于在市场经济条件下激发高校科技活力具有理论、现实及政策意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Accelerating the transformation of achievements in science and technology to practical productive forces is one of the major contents of linkage between institutions of higher learning and socialism market economy. This thesis as a direction of the fundamental tenets of Marxism and wielding the view and method of system theory, base analyse the characteristic of the transformation of achievements in science and technology, systematically analyse the obstacle inside or outside from combineing theory and practice in accordance with the process of transformation. It is very important not only disinguish but also analyse season. In view of above, the thesis discusses the obstacles in the proccess of transformation and hence some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation, emphasize the coordination of the government,higher institution and enterprise and links of transformation. It has importance meaning of theory,pratibe and policy on arouseing he vigour of higher institution under the socialism market economy.更多还原
