【摘要】 用体视学方法计量两组大鼠肝细胞线粒体的体密度（Vvm）、面密度（Svm）、比表面（Qm）、面数密度(N_Am、规化形状因子（RFF）。结果表明染氟组大鼠肝细胞线粒体RFF显著减少（P<0.01）;Vvm、Svm显著增高（P<0.005）;Qm无显著差异。提示NaF能引起肝细胞线粒体的畸形和增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the stereologic method the following parameters of hepatocyte mitochondria were measured: volume density (Vvm) , surface density (Svm) , specific surface (Qm) , area number density (Nam) and regular form factor (RFF). The results showed : RFF in group F was very significantly decreased, Vvm, Svm in group F was very significantly increased and Qm in group F did not statistic difference. The results suggest that there may be compensatory proliferation and deformation of hepatocyte mitochondria in group F.更多还原
