【Abstract】 The generalized Biot-Savart and Coulomb law which directly connect the magneticand electric field with the current densities j and charge densities p given by Jefimenko， is introduced。Several problems solved by these laws are presented． Using Jefimenko equations， the electromagneticradiation caused by multipole and Feynman formula for a moving charge are discussed.更多还原
