【Abstract】 This paper synthesized and analysed the problems and different theories of life originproposed by the scientists at home and abroad in recent decade. Our studies showed thatthe key problem of life origin is to reveal the origin of living matter,and suggested thatlife origin study must be focused on how non-living material evolved into the living materi-al on the primary Earth,and proposed that the origin of molecular chirality on the Earthshould be the main research direction,and the origin of optical activition of organicmolecule occured in the transitional stage from a chemical evolution to a biological one.更多还原
