熔融法YBCO超导块材的制备及磁悬浮力的研究

【摘要】 在成功制备小块样品的熔融织构(MTG)工艺基础上,采用改进的MTG方法,制备出了高品质的适合于磁悬浮用的Y系大块样品;掺于适量的Y211和Ag2O,明显地改观了晶粒的轮廓,增强了整体的致密度;这类样品对永磁体的悬浮力有着显著的提高.以Sm123为标晶的样品中,Y123以籽晶为中心向四周立长出较大尺寸的晶粒,这类具有大晶畴的样品,在退场时冻结磁通能力很强,对永久磁体可产生较大的吸引力,最大力强度达到49g/cm2.

【Abstract】 Based on the successful melt texture growth technique for synthesising small size of bulk material, we obtained large size of high quality YBCO bulk by the modified MTG method.Doc to additions of proper amounts of Y211 and silver-oxide particles, Y123 domains were evidently modified in appearance, and the entirety density was enhanced too. Mamwhile, the levitating force of this ho sample over permanent magnet was obviously improved. When Sm123 crystal was applied as growth seed we could find a large size of Y123 domain around the Sm123 seed as center of sample. Because such sample with large Y123 domain could capture a great deal of magnetic flux after field cooling, when we drawn away the permanent magnet, the apparent attractive force between the sample and permanent magnet would produced.In our experiment, the largest attractive strength density reached 49g/cm2
