散射参数的选择对高温超导薄膜表面阻抗影响的分析
AN ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF SELECTING S PARAMETERS UPON THE SURFACE RESISTANCE OF SUPERCONDUCTING THIN FILM
【摘要】 采用微波传输、反射测量法测量超导薄膜表面电阻,合理选择测量参数对于表面电阻Rs和穿透深度λL的计算结果有着重要的影响.本文通过对测量参数为,几种组合的分析,指出测量参数组合在实际测量上是难以实现的.测量组合,相对比较容易实现,但二者有着各自的特点.
【Abstract】 Abstract It iS important to select proper measuring Parameters when using microwave transmission or renection measurement techniques to determine the surface resistance of superconducting thin film. The peper discussed several combinations of measuring parameters and pointed out that the combination is hatd to realize and the combinations and is easier, relatively, to achieve. But the last two has its own characters.
