采用平面天线改善高Tc超导Josenhson结与信号源之间的耦合
USE OF PLANAR ANTENNAS TO IMPROVE THE COUPLING BETWEEN HIGH Tc SUPERCONDUCTING JOSEPHSON JUNCTION AND SINAL SOURCE
【摘要】 为了加强微波信号与Josephson结的耦合,我们设计制作了平面对数周期和等角螺旋天线.在Jophson结上接有天线和不接天线时,分别测量零电压超流被微波功率压缩的情况,结果表明,该天线有效地提高了信号源与Joshson结的耦合程度.这一方法可以应用到毫米波与亚毫米波段的谐波混频器上.
【Abstract】 Abstract To enhance the coupling between a Josephson junction and microwave source, we desisned and fabticated planar log-periodic or spiral antennas. By measuring the microwave suppression of the junction’s zerco-vohage supercurre with or without the antenna, we found significant improvem of the coupling. This technique can be used in harmonic mixe at mm and sub-mm waveands.
