【Abstract】 A new type of harmonics measuring in-strument based on a 8098 Chip for three-phase powertransmission line is presented in this paper.In this in-strument the measurements of the fundamental andthe harmonics are incorporate in the scheme,the syn-chronization of the measuring procedure with the fun-damental frequency is ensured by the control program.The instrument is simple in structure and is of highprecision.
