加压流化床锅炉(PFBB)灰渣冷却器的设计与运行
Design and Operation of Ash Coolers of Pressurlied Fluidized Bed Boilers (PFBB)
【摘要】 介绍了我国15MWePFBC-CC中试电站锅炉冷渣器的设计思想及1∶8规模热态模拟装置的运行试验情况.试验结果表明,这种结构特殊的冷渣器能够和加压流化床锅炉合理匹配,具有良好的冷却效果,并有效回收了渣的物理热,从而为实现PFBC零(污染)排放创造了条件。图4参5
【Abstract】 Abstract The paper describes the design philosophy of the ash cooler of China’s 15MWe PFBC-CC demonstration plant’s boiler and the testing of a 1:8 hot statemodelizing facility.Test results show that this cooler’s peculiar construction can soundly match pressurized fluidized bed boilers with good cooling capability,effectively recover the physical heat contained in the ash and thus provide a basis for eventually realizing a PFBC with zero polluting emission.
