煤粉浓度连续可调型浓淡燃烧器及其气固两相流动特性

【摘要】 针对电站锅炉燃用煤种多变和负荷多变的问题,提出了一种新型的浓淡偏差燃烧技术,即利用组合叶片的导向作用对煤粉气流进行分离浓缩的煤粉浓度连续可调型浓淡燃烧器。应用激光粒予动态分析仪对这种燃烧器进行的两相流动特性测量表明,在一定的组合叶片角度范围内,可以实现煤粉浓度的连续调节,且由于叶片的扰动作用,气相和颗粒相的湍动能都有所提高,不同粒径颗粒的分布也发生了变化。图8参4

【Abstract】 Abstract Aiming at solving the problem of burning multifarious coal categories and power output variations of utility boilers,the author proposes the use of a new concentration deviation combustion technology,i.e.by using a continuous variable coal dust cncentration burner which splits the pulverized coal flow into two streams and with the help of a combination of guide vanes, may change me concentration of the resulting mixture. According to observation results of the two phase flow behind the burner, performed with a laser analyser for moving particles, it was found, that within a certain angle range of the vane combination,can continous variation of the coal dust concentration be realized,and besides,due to the inciting function of the vanes,the turbulence energy of both the gas phase and the particle phase are increased with a simultaneous change in particle size distribution.
