特大型汽车起重机车架的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of large-scale Crane Truck Chassis
【摘要】 特大型汽车起重机车架可简化为薄壁杆件结构,本文用微弯板仿真平面板结构,避免了共面节点的第六自由度问题,对吊臂在三个不同工况位置进行分析,给出了车架的受力情况及变形情况,结果表明用微弯板能较精确地对薄壁杆结构建模。
【Abstract】 A large-scale crane truck chassis is composed of thin walled bars. In this paper a micro-bending plane element model is employed to simulate planar plate structures,The problem of sixth free-dom degree is circumvented,The chassis of crane truck is analysed as the crane arm located at three dif-ferent positions,Its static response and deformation are presented,The results show that the micro-bend-ing plane element provides a good element type for modelling thin walled bar-like structures.
