Fe3Al基合金耐氯离子介质腐蚀研究

【摘要】 研究了Fe_3Al基合金在PeCl3溶液及天然海水中的腐蚀性能,结果表明,在FeCl3溶液中合金元素能较大地提高Fe3Al的耐蚀性,而稀土Ce则对Fe3Al的耐点蚀性有显著的影响;与其它状态相比,经氧化处理表面的FeAl基合金耐用蚀性能最佳,海水短期腐蚀试验显示Fe3Al基合金与316L不锈钢的耐蚀性大致相同。

【Abstract】 Corrosion resistance of Fe3Al-based alloys is studied in FeCl3 sloution and natural seawa-ter.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Fe3Al-based alloys is improved greatly by additionof Cr in the FeCl3 solution,and the pitting corrosion resistance is improved significantly when Ce isadded.The corrosion resistance of Fe3Al-based alloys becomes much higher if specimen oxide film treat-ment is used.A short-term test in seawater indicates that the corrosion resistance of Fe3Al-based alloyscan match with the 31 6L stainless steel.
