粗湿颗粒循环床传热的研究
An Investigation into Heat Transfer in Coarse Wet Particle CFB
【摘要】 本文对粗湿颗粒在循环流化床中干燥过程的传热传质规律作了实验研究。在不同的表现流速、固体循环率、初始湿含量和颗粒粒径下,沿床高测量了气固相的局部温度,分析和讨论了各种流化参数对传热传质的影响,对粗湿颗粒(Geldart’B类)循环床提出了一些观点,由此建立的无因次准则方程与实验值吻合较好。
【Abstract】 An investigation on the coarse particle flow characteristics and the local heat mass transferbetween gas and solid in the circulating fluidized bed(CFB) was performed.Experiments were conduct-ed in a 0.1m I.D.3m high column, in which the local gas and solid temperatures along the height ofthe bed were measured for different superficial velocities,solid circulation rates, initial moisture con-tents and particle sizes. The solid viscosity of continuum pseudo particulate phase was used in analysison the coarse particle flow characteristics.The obtained correlations of heat and mass transfer in CFBwere in good agreement with the experimental data.
