【摘要】 本文报道当胎儿生物物理相（ＢＰＳ）评分Ｂ超四项≥６分，胎儿预后良好，≤５分，胎儿宫内缺氧发生率增高；而ＢＰＳ评分≤６分时，羊水污染发生率，剖宫产组与阴道分娩组比较差异无显著性，新生儿出生后１分钟Ａｐｇａｒ评分≤７分者，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示当ＢＰＳ≤６分时，应以剖宫产尽快结束分娩为宜。多项综合评分，对于及早发现胎儿宫内异常，指导临床及时正确处理具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of the analysis of 110 cases show that the after-birth fetus is well when the fetal biophysical profile scoring of 4B-ultrasonography items are equal to or higher than 6( BPS 4 Bu items≥6),and the oxygen shortage rate of intrauterine fetus goes higher when BPS is equal to or lower than 5 (BPS≤5). When BPS ≤6, the amniotic fluid pollution rate shows no difference between the group of Caesarean bith and the group of vaginal birth, but when Apgar scores≤7 one minute after the birth,the difference is remarkable between the two groups(p<0.05). It suggests that it is advisable to get the birth finished as soon as possible if BPS≤6. The comprehensive scoring is significant in the discovery of unusual intrauterine fetus and guidance of the correct and timely clinical treatment.更多还原
