【Abstract】 Idenfifying the anaerobe bacillus isolated from milk and night-soil of baby,we have obtaned four Bitidobacteriums,namely B. Longum,Badolescentis,B. Breve and B. bifidum,In order to find a seed-culture-BS culture which can be used to ferment,we have cutlured Badolescentis with elev-en different cutlures Conducting fermentation of milk test with five kinds of growth-promoter,it can be concluded that the effect of Soybean-peptoneis notable,the concentration of bacterium invreases 24times, the time of milk-coagulated can be Ahortened by 48 per,,and the acidity of fermentation in-creases 11 percent.更多还原
