凸轮机构五自由度模型动力学分析及计算机动态模拟
DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF CAM MECHANISM WITH FIVE DEGREES OF FREEDOM
【摘要】 将复杂的凸轮机构简化为五个自由度方向的动态模型,并考虑间隙、阻尼和油膜挤压的影响,分析了凸轮机构的受力情况,建立了凸轮机构的运动微分方程,采用有限差分法求解非线性问题,编制了整个动态连续模拟的CSDYCAM计算机系统,以多功能包装机上的凸轮机构为例,绘制了考虑各种不同影响因素的凸轮机构的动态特性图和图谱,讨论提出了今后综合设计凸轮机构时应注意事项和应采取的相应措施。
【Abstract】 The complicated cam mechamism system is simplified as a dynamic module with five de-grees of freedom,Consiidering the effect of clearance,damping and oil-film squeeze,the goveming differ-ent equation is estalished.This non一linear system is solved by finite difference method and implementedin the program pachage CSDYCAM,The cam mechanism spstem,imtalled on a mutiple-functionpackaging machine,is illustrated as a numeical example. Qynamic behavior of the system,with differ-ent factors considered,is shown in graphics display.Remarks and suggestions for the synthssis of cammechanisms are proposed.
