热疲劳过程力学行为的数值模拟
Numerical simulation on mechanics behaviour of thermal fatigue course
【摘要】 采用运动强化模型和热弹塑性理论对轴对称问题的热疲劳过程进行了有限元数值模拟,计算中,采用增量理论模拟热疲劳的循环加载过程,采用初应力法对每一增量步下进入塑性单元的应力应变进行迭代计算,同时考虑了温度对材料性能、蠕变及应变速率的影响。还对45号中碳钢圆柱形试件进行了同相和异相热疲劳试验,试验与计算表明:利用本文的数值模拟程序计算得出的滞后环与试验结果相吻合。
【Abstract】 The kinematic workhardening model and the thermal plastoelastic theory are used tosimulate thermal fatigue course on axissymmetric problem which is calculated by the finiteelement methed. In the analysis,the incremental theory is used to simulate the course of cycleloading and the initial stress method is also utilized to iteratively calculate the value of stress andthe strain of every element that is in plastic state under per incremental step.Simultaneously,theeffects of temperature,creep and strain rate on the behaviour of material are considered.Finally,the tests of in-phase and out-0f-phase thermal fatigue are carried out by cylindrical specimenwhich are made of 45 medium carbon steel.The results of experiments and calculations showthat the calculated hysteresis loops are in good agreement with the tested hysteresis loops.
