流化床喷雾造粒装置的最大喷液量的研究
Model of maximum liquid rate of fluidized spray granulator
【摘要】 根据鼓泡床模型,推导出了单个颗粒每次经过喷雾区所接受的料液量,以及颗粒两次进入喷雾区的间隔时间.根据流化床内气固相传热建立了流化床喷雾造粒装置的最大允许喷液量模型,进行了实验验证;模型预测值与实验值符合较好,可以用来指导设备设计和操作.
【Abstract】 In a fluidized bed granulator,liquid is sprayed on the particles which are fluidized by the hot air,and then are dried in the bed. The control of liquid feed rate is very important in this process. Wet quenching will appear over feeded liquid.Based on the bubble bed theory,the liquid mass that one partic le accepts as passed once through the spray zone and the circulation time of the particle in the bed are deduced. The model predicts that the maximum liquid feed rate is established.The theoretical results are in agreement with the experimental results. The mean deviation is 17.7%.
