FMCW信号的高线性度校正与测量技术
High Linearity Correction and Test Technique for FMCW Signals
【摘要】 提出了线性调频连续波(FMCW)信号的数字实时闭环高线性度校正与测量的新方法,然后对该方法进行计算机仿真,据此研制了3m雷达FMCW信号的线性度校正与测量系统,对3mmVCO的实验结果表明,校正后的线性度高达0.02%。与以往数字开环校正和模拟闭环校正相比,本文方法精度高,实现简单。
【Abstract】 This paper presents s digital real-time closed-loop high linearity correction and test methodfor linear FMCW signals.Then a computer simulation about this method is made.Based on this 3 mm radarFMCW signal linearity correction and system is deeloped.The experimental result about 3mm VCOproves that the corrected linearity reaches to 0.02%, Compared with traditional digital open-loop methodand analog closed-loop method,this more precise and more simple.
