【Abstract】 The influence of Gauss beams on the intensity distribution of the scanning beam spot isdiscussed.The selective mdthod of Gaussian parameter is presented.Three dimentional beam profiles on thefocal plane are showed.The central peak intensity and width of the beam spot are given.In this opticalsystem,the Gaussian parameter σ is 1.5～2.It’s very important for an optical disk storage system thatGaussian parameter is selected correctly,then high central intensity and micro-beam-spot is acquired.Thesignal-to-noiseratio of the optical disk system is more than 50dB.更多还原
