汽轮发电机端部3D涡流场计算中定子线圈端部渐开线的三维解析表示
The 3 D Analytical Expression of Stator End Coil Evolvent in Computation of 3 D Eddy Current Field of End Region of Turbogenerator
【摘要】 在计算汽轮发电机端部的三维瞬态涡流场和绕组电动力过程中,由于承载电流的定子绕组端部部分结构复杂,普遍的把沿圆周分离的分布绕组等效为一个周向连续的电流层的方法误差大,已不能适应三维场的数值求解要求.因此,如何准确描述激励电流源的空间几何位置是解决问题的关键之一,有必要对定子线圈端部渐开线进行准确的三维解析表示.本文给出了电机定子绕组端部渐开线部分的三维空间参数表达式。并用计算机进行辅助绘图处理.
【Abstract】 In computation of 3 D transient eddy current field and electromagnetic force in end region of turbogenerator, because of the complicated structure of the end wind in which the current source is carried,the Common method that instead the circumferential distributed discrete wind by the equivalent circumferential continued current layer will induce large error,and not fit to the numerical analysis of 3 D electromagnetic field. It is necessary to discribe the inductance current source exactly.In this paper , 3D analytical expression of stator end coil evolvent is presented and visualized with the am of computer.
