弹性金属塑料瓦的研制与应用

【摘要】 扼要叙述了弹性金属塑料瓦的发展历史,介绍了哈尔滨大电机研究所的弹性金属塑料瓦3从1MH级、7MN级,18MN级到30MN级的研制过程.并给出了不同负荷塑料瓦在电站运行试验的有关性能数据。以及推广应用的可靠性和经济效益.

【Abstract】 The progress story of elastic metallic Plastic Pads for hydrogenerator bearings at home and abroad as well as the development process of the pads withbearing capacities from 1、7、18to30wns,carried out by Harbin institute of Large Electrical Machinery, are described mainly and briefly. Concerned performance date, obtained from operation tests of the Pads with different bearing capacities at power plants, as well as their reliability at further applitcation and economic benefit are given also.
