碱性焊条熔滴过渡控制方法的研究
Study of the Meltimg Drop Transition Approach of Basicity Covered Electrode
【摘要】 本文在分析碱性焊条熔滴过渡特点的基础上,提出了一种控制熔滴过渡的方法,此方案可有效地补偿焊机焊接电缆阻抗变化对熔滴过渡的影响,在理论方面和实际工作中都有一定的意义。
【Abstract】 A new approach,melting drop transition control approach(MDTCA),to the weldingmachines is introduced. Through analying the characteristics of basicity welding rod,this approach cancompensate the influence over the melting drop transition efficiently caused by the change of the impedanceof the electric cable used in welding.It is proved to be a significant method to the theory as it to thepractice.
