【Abstract】 This paper researched device of the parameter testing and grade estimation about flash buttwelding by single-chip microprocessor controlled.The device gathered data on flash butt welding course asbit wide、electric current、oil pressure etc , then through data management , it can print out data as flashallowance、flash speed、upset allowance、upot current allowance、upset speed、and upeet pressure intensityetc. It can be determined that last parameter is rational or no.
