醋酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸丁酯乳液共聚反应动力学研究和乳液性能的表征

【摘要】 本文研究了醋酸乙烯酯与丙烯酸丁酯在70℃的乳液共聚反应动力学,以及聚合反应条件对共聚物特性粘数的影响。此外,还对乳液作了表征,对乳液粒子的大小及分散指数,乳液的粘度和稳定性作了讨论。

【Abstract】 With potassium persulphate as initiator, sodium lauryl sulphate and polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether as emulsifiers, batch copolymerization of vinyl acetate (VAc)and butyl acrylate(BA) was investigated at 70℃ , varying initiator concentration, emilsifier concentration, mononr cocentration and comonomer ratio, Effct of different polymerization conditions on the intrinisic viscosity of copolymer was examined. Experimental invesstigations have shown that by increasing the initiator concertration, emulsifier concertration, monomer concertration and BA content in the mixed monomer of VAc and BA, an increase in the emulsion polymerization rate takes place. The intrinsic viscosity of the copolymers increases with the increase of the emulsifier and monomer concertration while decreases with the increase of the initiator and BA content in the mixed monomer. GC analysis of residual monomer content in the latices has shown that BA is reactiver than VAc as well. The properties of the latices were characterized. The diameter and distribution index of the emulsion particles, the viscosity and stability of the latices were also discussed.
