单片机控制1515型织机复动式多臂装置的设计研究
THE STUDY OF A DESIGN FOR THE TYPE 1515 DOBBY WITH MCS-51 MICROPROCESSOR
【摘要】 本文用创造性设计方法,设计出了一套小型电磁铁控制的多臂开口机构。用该机构,可以方便地改造1515型织机复动式多臀装置为电子控制多臂装置,且能提高其适应速度。而且,这种设计方法在机电一体化设计中具有一定的普遍意义。同时,本文以MCS—51单片机为CPU,设计出了一套实用的织物组织控制系统,用于这种改造型多臂装置的程序控制。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a creative design method for the design of a new kind of dobby, controlled by small solenoids, is introduced. This method can also be applied to the design of many kinds of mechatronic devices. And also, a design which can be used to transform the TYPE 1515 mechanical dobby into an electronic dobby is described. The speed limitation of the new electronic dobby can be higher than that of the old one. The dobby control system using the MCS?1 microprocessor as CPU has also been designed, which can control the new dobby efficiently.
