CAD/CAPP中DCM方法的实现
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DCM METHOD IN CAD/CAPP
【摘要】 在基于PDES/STEP数据交换标准的产品全局模型基础上,采用基于基本特征动态组合操作的零件描述方法(Feature Based Dynamic Combined Manipulation for Part Description—DCM),可以获得CAPP领域的应用模型,即零件的制造模型。这一模型不但能满足CAPP对零件信息描述的基本要求,而且与CIMS的关键技术——产品特征建模一致。文章分析了动态组合操作的实现要求,并讨论了其实现方法及步骤。
【Abstract】 Based on the Product General Model Supported by SDEP/ STEP, an application data model in CAPP field-anufacture model of product can be obtained using feature-based Dynamic Combined Manipulation (DCM) for part description. It not only fulfils the requirements for CAPP, but also keeps identity of the key technology of CIMS?form feature-based modelling.This paper analyzes the requirements for the realization of the DCM and deals with the step of the development in detail.
