硒氟对大鼠脂质过氧化的交互作用

【摘要】 本文报告硒氟对大鼠脂质过氧化的交互作用。体外实验研究了硒氟对大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化作用和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH一px)活性的影响,结果显示:氟(NaF)对大鼠肝微粒体体系过氧化具有较强的诱导作用、对GSH一px有抑制作用;硒(Na2SeO3)可拮抗氟的脂质过氧化作用并具有激活GSH一px的作用。体内实验通过饮水加硒(0.5mg/L)、加氟(50mg/L)的方法,研究了硒氟联合作用对大鼠体内自由基、脂质过氧化物(LPO)与全血、肝、肾GSH一px的影响,结果表明加氟可使机体自由基和LPO水平升高,GSH一px活性降低;加硒可拮抗上述氟的效应。

【Abstract】 The studv consists of two parts一in vitro and in vivo exoerimntal researches。 In vitro,a model of liver microsome was adopted to study the effects of fluoride and selenium on liver lipid perosidation and the activity of GSH一px。 The results showed that fluoride has much more power to induce lipid peroxidation and inhibit the activity of GSH一px, The lipid peroxidation and inhibition of activity of GSH一px induced by fluo ride could be antagonized by incubation of fluoride and selenium together. In vivo,the combined effects of flu oride and selenium on the contei1ts of free radicals and LPO,the activities of GSH一px in blood,liver and kid-ney of rats were studied by adding selenium(0. 5mg/L) andlor fluoride(50mg/L)to drinking water。 The re-sults indicated that adding fluoride to drinking water could increase the contents of free radicals and LPO,and decrease the activity of GSH一px in rats, and that the harmful effects of fluoride could be antagonized by adding selenium to drinking water simultaneously。
