【摘要】 从地震时间排列是否有序和相关的观点出发，用韦布尔分布函数的形状参数ｍ及与ｍ密切相关的地震时间统计量β，分析１９７５年以来伊舒断裂带地震活动趋势和１９９０年１０月２１日盘石大旺Ｍ＿Ｌ４．３级地震的异常反映。结果表明，ｍ、β两项指标是地震趋势分析和地震预报有研讨价值的定量前兆指标。更多还原
