高耐蚀性Zn-Fe合金电镀工艺的研究
Study of High Corrosion Resistance Zn-Fe Alloy Plating Process
【摘要】 提出一种锌酸盐体系Zn-Fe合金电镀工艺。可以在10~40℃温度下获得含铁量0.2%~0.7%的镀层。认为控制镀层含铁量在这一范围内有利于铬酸盐钝化和提高镀层耐蚀性能.讨论了各种因素对镀层含铁量的影响。
【Abstract】 A Zincate based plating process is presented to obtain Zn-Fe alloy deposit containing 0.2%~0.7% of iron at 10~40℃. Chromate passivation is facilitated and corrosion resistance of the deposit improved when iron content in the deposit is controlled within such limits. Factors influencing iron content are also described.
