【摘要】 采用吻合器治疗直肠癌64例,指出了直肠癌术中应用吻合器的优点、适应证、禁忌证,主要并发症的原因及预防。认为直肠癌手术应用吻合器应根据术前肿瘤的部位,肿瘤的大小及组织学类型,并结合术中探查的结果加以选择。直肠癌术中应用吻合器,可使部分直肠癌患者保留肛门,避免人工肛门的痛苦,减少手术难度和缩短术程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anastomosis by anastomat was perform in 64 rectum cancer. The merits, indi-cations and contraindications, causes and prevention of the main complications in using anastomat were discussed. The authors pointed out that in the adoption of this instrument in rectum cancer operation one should consider the position, size and histiocyte type of the can-cer, as well as the findings found during the operation, with such consideration, the anus could be preserved in some cases, the discomfort of artificial anus avoided, the operation simplified and the operation time shortened.更多还原
