【Abstract】 A systematic analysis on the methods and criteria for the evaluation of theoretic achievements from scientific researches is conducted. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the attributes and properties of the scientific achievements , and in association with the current situation of the natural science studies in China. The paper points out that the evaluation should adopt international standards for the scientific achievements, and serve to promote the development of natural science researches in China.更多还原
