茶树新梢内源玉米素的检测及分布

【摘要】 用反相液相色谱法测定了茶树新梢内源玉米素(Zeatin)的分布。研究表明,茶树新梢内源Zeatin水平为早生种>中生种>晚生种;顶芽>腋芽;自然生长新梢>剪采新梢;营养生长初期Zeatin积累较多,随展叶数增加,其含量下降,至对夹三叶期,其含量仅为一芽一叶期的52.12%。内源Zeatin含量与新梢生长速率呈正相关。

【Abstract】 A series of investigations on the distribution of endogenous Zeatin in tea shoots were carried out by usingreverse phase liquid chromatography, The Zeatin content in tea shoots sequenced as early sprouting varieties>mids > late’S;terminal bud > lateral bud, natural growing shoots > plucking and pruning shoots.Zeatinaccumulated during the initial period of vegetative growth and decreased gradually with the increasing of thedeveloped leaves.Endogenous Zeatin content in the 3一leaf banjhi was only 52.12% of that in the 1一leaf一and一1一bud shoots.A positive linear correlation existed between the endogenous Zeatin content and theshoot growing rate.
