多产卵基础蚕品种HEK的育成

【摘要】 1986年在该所保存的家蚕品种资源中发现一个产卵量多的HE,其遗传性状稳定。其后,在耐氟蚕品种选育中又发现一个抗氟性能好、产卵量多的KF,于1988年着手将KF和HE组配,定名HEK。至1994年经11代的选择,HEK单蛾平均产卵数达821粒,茧层率达22.08%,最高个体产卵数达983粒。

【Abstract】 A basic silkworm variety HEK with hyperlaying has been bred by means of cross breeding,pedigree selection from 1988 to 1994. One of its parents (P1 named HE)with hyperlaying was discovered from the preserved silkworm varity resources of our institute in 1986,the other(P2 named KF)with both fluorine resistance and hyperlaying is from breeding material of resistance to fluorine.Presently HEK have had 11 generations.Thesingle moth lays 82i eggs on average (the most 983 ):Cocoon shell rate reaches22.08%.In one word,it is a useful basic silkworm variety in breeding and improvementof practical variety.
