【Abstract】 Large power density of SnO2:Sb electric heating films are prepared by use of chemical purity materials, and their structure is analyzed. The effects of Sb contents, as well as spraying liquid concentrations and annealing treatment, on room resistance values and resistance-temperature characteristics of SnO2:Sb electric heating films are studied. High Performance electric heating films of large area are deposited by means of chemical spray, with their power density reaching about 40 W cm-2.更多还原
