【Abstract】 s a functional material,TiNi alloy possesses several speific properties, but it is relatively difficult to Produce TiNi alloy foils because of its complicated processing and low product ratio.In this paper.a new process of making TiNi alloy foils, i.e. diffusion bonding- rolling-diffusion treatment,has been peoposed. It is a simpler process with higher product-ratio and lower cost.compared with the traditional process of smelting- fogging- rolling.It is also shown that it is able to make near-equiatomic TiNi alloy foils as well as plaits of different thicknesses by the new process.更多还原
