【摘要】 研究以玉米单倍体胚性细胞无性系和玉米小斑病菌致病毒素为试材，首先测定了ｐＨ值、温度和光照等因素对愈伤组织的离散细胞自然存活率的影响，在此基础上，进一步明确了致病毒素的最佳处理条件，从而建立了一套玉米愈伤组织抗病性的鉴定体系──离散细胞染色法。试验证明，该技术体系可操作性强、快速简便、灵敏可靠，可在其他许多植物细胞和组织培养的抗病突变体筛选中引用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the materials of haploid embryonic cell clones of corn and Pathotoxins of Helminthosporium maydis,the study primarily measured the effects of temperature,lightintensity and PH value, etc. on the natrral survival percentage of callus, further clearedsuitable treating condition of pathotoxin and lastly established a system of identifying disease resistance of corn callus-sepa-rate cell dyeing method. The experiment provedthat the techniqre was easily poerative,sensitive and accrrate,and corld be spplied in muchother reseach work of selecting disease resistant mutants by using plant cell and tissue culture.更多还原
