拉应力和合金成分对Ti811合金热盐应力腐蚀性能的影响
Effect of Alloying Compositions and Tensile Stress on Heat-Salt Stress-Corrosion of Ti811 Alloy
【摘要】 初步研究了拉应力和合金成分对Ti811合金棒材热盐应力腐蚀(HSSC)性能的影响。结果表明:Al含量小于8.0wt%时,Al、Mo、V含量的变化对合金HSSC性能无明显影响;Al含量大于8.0wt%,随Al含量升高,HSSC性能明显下降,而Mo、V含量可改善其性能;当拉应力由147MPa升高到196MPa,HSSC性能明显降低。在实验基础上,提出了HSSC断裂模型,盐蚀区有Cl-,Na+等存在,产生微裂纹,裂纹沿原β晶界扩展,最终导致断裂。
【Abstract】 he influences of alloying compostions and tensile stress on the heat-salt stress-corrosion (HSSC) behaviour of Ti811 alloy rods are studied. The results indicate that the variations of Al, Mo and V contents have no evident effect on its HSSC properties if Al content is less than 8wt%, If Al content is greater than 8wt%, its HSSC properties decrease obviously, while its properties are improved with the increasing of Mo and V contents. Its HSSC properties decrease greatly with the increasing of tensile stress from 147MPa to 196MPa. On the basis of experimental facts, a new HSSC cracking model is proposed. The results of EDAX suggest that there exist Cl- and Na+ ions in corrosive zone of salt, and this region is brittle cleavage fracture, where cracks propagate along initial β grain boundary.
