【摘要】 用数理统计方法对３１９张连铸９４５钢中板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和－４０℃冲击功等质量检验数据进行了分析。并对标准偏差、均值等进行了讨论，估算了该钢的废品率。统计表明，连铸９４５钢中板韧性和断面收缩率的废品率很低，屈服强度和抗拉强度的废品率相对较高，为此给出了连铸９１５钢中板屈服强度合适的控制范围，以提高该钢总体合格率。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis of the quality inspection data of 3 l 5 sheets of continuously cast 945 steel plates by mathematical statistics is performed,including yield strength,tensile strength, elongation percentage and im- pact energy(at-40℃),is conducted and the discussions of standard deviation and average values are giv- en with a reject rate of the steel estimated,The results of the statistical analyses show that for the continuous- ly cast steel plates, the reject rate resulting from the toughness and reduction of area is much lower than that resulting from the yield strength and tensile strength.For this reason,an appropriate control range of the yield strength of continuously cast 94 5 steel plate is given so as to raise the overall rate of qualifed steel plates。更多还原
