电化学方法制备非晶态铬工艺的研究
The Study of Producing Amorphous Chromium Coating Process by Electrochemical Methods
【摘要】 本文研究了从三价铬电镀溶液中获得非晶态铬镀层的工艺,用EDX和WDX测定了镀层的组成,表明镀层是由铬和少量的碳组成:用X—射线衍射测定了镀层的结构;发现镀层在2θ为43°时,有非晶态的特征峰“BrondGausionPeak”;并且用EG&GPARC电化学软件研究了电镀溶液的电化学行为。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the plating process of amorphous chromium coatings from trivalent chromium solution. The composition of coating has been measured by EDX and WDX methods. The structure of coating also has been measured by XRD.This paper has discovered that the coating contain a little amount of carbon and has the characteristic peak of the amorphous coatings when 2θ is equal to 43°. Simultaneously, this paper Las studied the electrochemical properties of plating solution.
