Fe／C60复合材料低温烧结扩散现象的扫描电镜研究
A SEM Study on the Diffusin Phenomena of Fe/C60 Compsites Sintered at Lower Temperature
【摘要】 用ＳＥＭ研究了采用粉末冶金法合成的Ｆｅ／Ｃ６０复合材料低温烧结的扩散现象。结果表明，烧结后Ｃ６０由块状聚晶扩散形成针状或须状物，并分布于Ｆｅ粒子表面及缝隙中。
【Abstract】 The diffusion phenomena of Fe/C60 composites,which were fabricated by the PM method and sintered at lower temperature,were studied by SEM observation.Results showed that the C60 powder comprised of gathered crystals,after being sintered,diffused into whisker or needle-like phases and dispersed on the surface of Fe particles or among these particles.
