铅黄铜的超塑性流动过程宏微观行为的研究及CL方程式的应用
Macro-Micro-Studies of Superplastic Flow Behavior of Lead Brass and Application of CL Equation
【摘要】 对铅黄铜的超塑性及有关问题进行了研究。其总延伸率(δF)为85~223.3%。m—δ曲线属mL=mmax型,呈三种形式(基本形式,上升式及下降式).应用CL(刘勤)方程式对各式曲线进行了计算,获得了全部有关特征参数.证实了作为每条曲线的特征参数之一的总延伸率(δF)由该曲线的其余参数的综合效果所决定。对有关微观变化进行了研究。
【Abstract】 The superplasticity of HPb59-1 brass have been studied. The total elongationδobtained were 85-332.2%.The superplastic curves were of the fundamental,the ascending and the descending types with mL=mmax.By using the CL equation,the characteristic parameters of those curves have been obtained.It has been proved that the total elongationδ,as one of the characteristic parameters of a curve should be determined by the resultant effects of all other characteristic parameters of that curve. The related microstructure changes have been studied.
