SiC晶须特性对复合材料力学性能的影响
Effects of the Characters of the Characters of SiC Whisker on the Mechanical properties of Composites
【摘要】 鉴于Sic晶须特性和Sic晶须增强复合材料制作工艺对加工后复合材料的强度和韧性具有相当的影响,本文根据国内外有关Sic晶须增强陶瓷基和铝基复合材料的理论和实验数据,以国产BP-SiC晶须及国外的几种晶须为例,对晶须的长径比、直径、直晶和弯晶、晶型、表面物理形貌和化学性质以及颗料含量与复合材料力学性能的关系进行了分析和评述。
【Abstract】 t was noted that the characters of SiC whisker and fabrication process of SiC whisker-reinforced ma-trix composite had considerable effects on the strength and toughness of the resultant composites.These ef-fects were closely correlated with the aspect ratio,diameter,straightness,crystal imperfection,the surface morphology and chemistry of SiC whisker and interfacial bonding in the composite .As noted above, someissues at domestic and abroad were reviewed in this paper .
