大锻件组织遗传的细化工艺的比较研究
Comparative Studies on Techniques to Remove Grain Heredity in Large Forgings
【摘要】 介绍了三次高温正火法、奥氏体相变硬化再结晶法、中速加热工艺和退火成平衡组织法等几种减弱钢中组织遗传的工艺途径。结合大量模拟细化实验和组织遗传机理研究,作者提出了适用于大锻件实际生产的两条新型节能工艺途径:临界区系温侧正火和高温回欠处理工艺。对比研究了上述6各细化工艺的特点。
【Abstract】 Several refinement techniques to remove grain heredity in large forging steels,such as three times high-temperature normalizing, austenite recrys-tailization, medium-speed heating,and annealing to equilibrium constitution, are discussed comparatively in this paper. Based on sufficient simulative refining tests in large forgings.two brand-new energy-saving refinement techniques-high-temperature intercritical normalizing refinement and multi-pass high-temperature tempering refinement-are put forward by authors,which are practical to large forging manufacturing. The characteristics of these six refinement techniques are studied comparatively.
