从粉煤灰处理看环境协调性产品及材料的系统工程特征
System Engineering Characteristics of Environmental Conscious Products and Materials as Judged by Fly Ash Disposal
【摘要】 以粉煤灰的处理过程为例说明了环境协调性产品及材料的研究与开发是一个系统L程问题。系统要素间的相互制约与协调,控制着环境协调性产品及材料的种类及发展方向。对该整体系统的研究必须由政府指定专门机构进行评价和决策,通过制定顶层技术管理计划进行管理和实施。
【Abstract】 Taking fly ash disposal as an example,this paper shows thatresearch and development of environmental conscious products (ECP) and environmental conscious materials (Ecomaterials) is a problem of system engineering. Restriction and coordination between subsystems control the categories and developing trends of ECP and ecomaterials. It is necessary for government to set up special a-gency about ecomaterials to make evaluations and decisions,and a system engineering management plan(SEMP) should be drawn up to manage ecomaterials system.
