基材表面条件与镍-磷合金镀层的耐蚀性

【摘要】 考察了不同表面粗糙度及不同浸酸条件对Ni-P合金镀层耐蚀性的影响,并运用SEM对不同表面状态及不同浸酸条件下,Ni-P合金生长形貌进行了检验,探讨了其生长行为与Ni-P合金层致密性及耐蚀性之间的相互关系.

【Abstract】 The effects of different surface roughness and different acid cleaning conditions on the corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coating have been investigated. By using SEM,the growth morphology of Ni-P alloy coating was observed. Further, the relationships between growth behaviour and densification of the coating, as well as corrosion resistance were discussed.
