葛洲坝水电厂WDST-200-4.0型双微机调速器的研制与实践

【摘要】 为满足葛洲坝水电厂综合自动化及对水轮机调速器高可靠性的要求,长控所在经第一代微机型调速器多年科研及运行实践的基础上,针对大型机组的特殊需要,研制出了国内最大的新一代STD总线式“WDST-200-4.0型双微机电液调速器”,对该厂两台170MW机组调速器进行了换型改造。一年多的运行情况表明,其可靠性及性能指标良好,为大型电站调速器的改造提供了宝贵经验。

【Abstract】 To meet the requirement of comprehensive automatization of the Gezhouba water powerplant and the need of high reliability of turbine governor,on the basis of oporation for many years ofthe first microcom puter type governor developed by the Yangtze River ControlEquipment research department,a new type WDST-200-4. 0 double-microcomputer governor provided with STD bus is designed and produced.The new style governors are equiped on two 170MW hydrogenerators beingbiggest in our country of the Gezhouba water power plant.After one year’s operation it evidents thatreliability and the indexes of function of the governor are satisfictory。
