无机膜反应器中乙苯脱氢反应的研究

【Abstract】 he catalytic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene in microporous alumina membrane reactors was studied at 530 to 620℃ The experimental results indicated that the conversion in the membrane reactors increased in a certain range of purge gas rates, and then became steady. Higher temperature and/or lower space velocity (higher Da )were favorable to the increase of conversion. The results indicated that the reactant loss , which was typical for membrane reactor structure Ⅰ,was effectively reduced in structure Ⅱ, and a higher conversion of 10% was obtained at 620℃ in structure Ⅱ than in fixed bed reactor with no loss of styrene selectivity. In structure Ⅱ, the optimum membrane location was at half of the catalyst bed.
