制备镍催化剂时外加磁场对其结构和性能的影响
BEHAVIOR OF NICKEL CATALYSTS PREPARED IN A MAGNETIC FIELD
【摘要】 用浸渍法分别在30T的恒稳磁场中和无磁场情况下,制备了NiO/γ-Al2O3和NiO/La2O3/γ-Al2O3两类催化剂共4个样品.对它们的结构和性能进行测定和比较,发现磁场作用能加强金属一载体间的相互作用,使还原峰温升高,引起Ni2+向载体深层扩散,促进尖晶石NIAl2O4和钙钛石LaNiO3新相形成,同时可降低CO歧化活性,使催化剂上积炭量减少.
【Abstract】 Two kinds of nickel catalyst, NiO/γ-Al2O3 and NiO/La2O3/γ-Al2O3, have been prepared by impregnation in a stable magnetic field of 30 T. For comparison, the same composition catalysts as above have been prepared too in the absence of magnetic field.The crystalline phasees, averagy particle size of Ni and NIO grain,lattice distortion of NiO crystallite, reducibility and catalytlc properties of these catalysts have been measured. It is shown that the magnetic field enhances the interaction between metal and support and the migration of Ni2+ to the support lattice, resulting in the formation of the spinel, NiAl2O4, and the perovskite , LaNiO3, at lower temperature.The results for CO disproportionation reaction reveal that the catalytic activities of catalysts prepared in the magnetic field are lower than that without magnetic field.
